YOUTH MINISTRY
Enjoying our seventh year as the Transformers, the Saint Agatha High School Youth group continues to accomplish our mission of discipleship and evangelization through an exciting collection of programs. Every Sunday evening the whole group meets to approach topics ranging from scripture and prayer, to current issues, to faith in the modern world. On Wednesday evenings, the group also dives into more focused topics such as the lives of the saints, apologetics, and men’s and women’s formation. Each third Saturday, our youth group also engages in a program called Holiness Revolution, a program opened to all high school students in the Diocese, affording them the opportunity to share fellowship, worship together, and be enriched by hearing from a variety of speakers. Likewise, every third Sunday, our middle school students (grade 6-8) travel to Jesus Jams, a ministry that enables these students to gather with others from around the diocese to celebrate Eucharist together, and afterward be entertained by skits, dramas, music, and a presentation.
